From sign-up to withdrawal

Create and verify your account
Sign up with your email, confirm it using the link we send, then choose your country and display currency. Country affects which payment options you see.

Review a tier
Each tier shows its price, how many tasks it includes, the types of task, and the reward per task. Read all four before you continue. You are never required to buy a tier to keep your account.

Pay at checkout
Checkout is handled by an external payment provider (Korapay, Stripe or PayPal, depending on your region). Check the amount and the payee name on the provider’s own page before approving.

Complete your tasks
Your dashboard lists the tasks and calibration actions available to your account. Tasks are short and support AI training, such as checking or labelling data. The platform validates each answer.

Check your balance and history
Accepted tasks add their stated reward to your wallet. Rejected tasks add nothing. Every payment and accepted reward appears in your transaction history.
- 6.
Request a withdrawal
Complete identity verification, set a withdrawal PIN, then submit a request under Withdrawals. You can follow its status there.

Getting started
Why do I have to choose a country?
It sets your display currency and decides which payment providers are offered. You can review it in Settings.
Where do I see my current tier?
Open the Infrastructure section. It lists active and previous tier purchases.
Do I have to buy a tier?
No. You can create an account and look around first. Rewards come only from tasks included in a tier you have purchased, or tasks shown as available on your account.
Tasks and rewards
How is a reward decided?
Each task shows its reward before you start. The reward is a fixed amount set for your tier, not a percentage or an estimate.
Why was my task rejected?
Answers are checked automatically. A task can be rejected if the answer is incorrect, incomplete, or submitted outside your account limits. Rejected tasks do not add to your balance.
Are rewards guaranteed?
No. Rewards depend on completing eligible work, and the amount you can earn is limited by your tier. Please read the tier terms before paying.
Why is an older reward missing from my history?
Rewards completed before activity logging was added may not have a matching transaction entry. Your wallet balance is still the correct current balance.
Payments
Who processes my payment?
An external provider. It is shown at checkout and depends on your region. We do not see or store your full card details.
I paid but my tier is not active.
Allow a few minutes for the provider to confirm. If it is still missing, email support with the date, amount, provider and your payment reference.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms must be published before you buy. If a refund policy page is linked in the footer of the About page, that policy applies. If you cannot find one, email support before you pay.
Withdrawals
How do I check a withdrawal?
Open Withdrawals to see each request, its status and any action needed from you.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Requests can wait for identity verification, a security check or a processing window. The status shown in your account is the current position. Email support if it stays unchanged.
Account security
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings, then Security, and follow the authenticator-app steps. It is not active until you enter a valid code to finish setup.
Where do I verify my identity?
Open Verification, read what is required, and submit it for review.
Will you ever ask for my password?
No. We will never ask for your password, your two-factor code or your withdrawal PIN, by email, chat or social media. Treat anyone who asks as an impersonator and report them to support.
